Elizabeth’s mediation experience includes frequent representation of parties in complex clinical negligence mediations, and training and observation involving mediations arising out of clinical negligence, professional negligence, contractual disputes, inheritance disputes, defective building work and sale of goods and services.

In her career as a barrister she has represented both claimants and defendants in clinical negligence claims, including high value, complex and multiple defendant cases, and frequently attends mediations, joint settlement meetings and trials, in person and online. She also provides training sessions for medico-legal experts.
